We offer a full online support option for our registered users. You may use the same SellSalvage user name and password for the support suite or register separately. Our support includes online chat, downloads, knowledge based articles and a complete Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) section. For complete support please contact us through support suite, our fully integrated help desk center. Please navigate to the Support Suite here or via the "Help" tab.  The following FAQ's are only the most popular questions asked prior to registration. If you are an insurance company or independent adjusting company and wish to sign up multiple users, please contact us through the Submit a Ticket section or the Contact Us page prior to registration. Once we receive your request, a personal representative will contact you and assist you with the process. There are no listing fees for our preferred members. To become a seller, please complete the registration and contact us via the Support Suite (submit a ticket) and request seller privileges. Please note: SellSalvage generally limits the sellers to insurance companies, independent adjusting companies and third party administrators. If you signup and are not qualified, we will not be able to refund the $5.00 signup fee. Once we receive your request, a personal representative will contact you and assist you with the process. SellSalvage Inc. does not buy or sell salvage. All items are sold and bought by our users through the SellSalvage venue. SellSalvage is simply an online auction venue which brings together the buyer and seller of all things salvage in the an efficient manner. Email delivery problems generally are caused by either by supplying SellSalvage with the wrong email address or by Junk Email Filters. Please verify the email address you have on file in your members area. If you find that to be correct, you will need to allow all mail from SellSalvage.com through your junk email filter. This varies with your provider so please visit the help section of your web-based email center. If you are still having difficulties, contact us via support and submit a ticket. We will attempt to resolve your issue. Yes, SellSalvage has buyers fees. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for site fees paid by buyer. Be sure to view complete item description to determine any other fees that are to be paid by the buyer, to the seller. PayPal is an industry standard online payment processing company. They issue payments on your behalf without exposing any of your financial data to the merchant (SellSalvage in this case). You may use a credit card or tie your PayPal account to your checking account. Please visit PayPal.com for more information. We have completed a knowledge article "PayPal Quick Start Guide" for signing up and obtaining a PayPal account. It can also be downloaded from our Support Suite. Authorize.net is a payment gateway which enables internet merchants to accept online payments via credit card and e-check Your personal data is not shared with the merchant providing your greater security and no account is necessary. For more information, please visit Authorize.net. SellSalvage is not able to assist you with shipping. We have provided some third-party transport company suggestions in our Support Suite. Go to the Knowledge Base section of the Support Suite and view the Shipping article. You may register or clear your account balance with a credit card through PayPal or Authorize.net gateways. Just log in to your account, go to your members area, select "manage account". Next to your balance due, there is a link to "clear account balance". |
